Throughout the past 18 years I have worked in various helping professions. Whether that has been as an advocate to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, foster care, law enforcement, or crisis intervention services. I believe that it's an honor to come alongside a person on their journey towards healing. My decision to pursue a career as a therapist came from my own experience of healing that therapy can offer. Just as it was life changing for me, it's my honor to create a healing space for others.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and hold a Bachelors in College Studies in Photographic Craft from The University of Maine at Machias. I then furthered my studies in photography at Maine Media College at The Maine Photographic Workshops.

After I completed my Masters, I spent 2 years working primarily with children and adolescents and their families. I have worked in community, inpatient, and private practice settings where I have focused on adolescents through adults.

I love art, music, and adventure. When I'm not spending time with my family, I enjoy playing piano, dance, hiking, camping, climbing, and taking my camera along to capture it all.
