Billing:

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare. For all other insurances, I may be an out-of-network provider. I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please confirm your in and out-of-network benefits with your insurance carrier. 

Fees are due at the time of service. I'm able to accept cash, check, debit or credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards as permitted by your insurer.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a session.
